Our products are handmade and there may be minor changes in their appearance that do not affect their use or safety. Normal wear and tear,  minor size variations, wrapping overhangs or imperfections, and stitching variations  can be expected to occur. In the rare cases where there is a legitimate manufacturing issue or defect, we will work with you to provide you with a comparable replacement. Failure to follow recommended washing instructions may result in damage that could impair the performance, functionality or integrity of the product. If the customer does not follow the washing instructions provided by the manufacturer, the warranty on the affected product may become void. Coshen reserves the right to verify the cause of damage through inspection of the product. Please review these terms carefully for important terms and conditions.
