(a) Our Agreement
When the buyer places an order, they will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of the order: this email will only be a confirmation and will not constitute acceptance of the order. A contract will not be formed between the seller until the seller sends confirmation via e-mail that the goods you ordered have been delivered to the buyer. Only the products specified in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will be included in the created contract.
(b) Pricing and Availability
While we endeavor to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product ordered by the buyer, we will inform the buyer of this as soon as possible and give him the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it. If we cannot contact the buyer we will consider the order cancelled. If the buyer cancels and the buyer has already paid for the goods, the buyer will be given a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged separately; such additional charges are clearly shown where applicable and are included in the 'Total Cost'.
(c) Payment
After receiving the buyer's order, we perform a standard authorization check on the buyer's payment card to ensure that sufficient funds are available to process the transaction. After authorization is received, the recipient's card will be charged. The amount withdrawn from the buyer's card will be considered as a deposit for the price of the goods the buyer wants to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and a confirmation email has been sent to the buyer, the money paid as a deposit will be used towards the value of the goods the buyer has purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
