Coshen Shipping, Tracking & Return Policy

At Coshen, we love helping you and your little one stay close, cozy, and comfortable! We safely ship all international orders directly to your doorstep, complete with reliable tracking numbers. To ensure your beautiful carrier reaches you safely and without any unexpected delays, please take a moment to review our user-friendly guidelines below:

Keeping Track of Your Delivery

Once your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number. We kindly ask you to monitor your shipment via the carrier's link. Staying updated helps ensure you are available when the courier arrives, or allows you to quickly pick it up from a nearby point if you happen to miss them.

Unclaimed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

We truly want your carrier to reach you without any hiccups! If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple missed attempts, it may be sent back to our manufacturing warehouse. In these unfortunate cases, any return freight charges, customs fees, or extra carrier costs incurred during the return journey will be deducted from your final refund. Please keep a close eye on your tracking to avoid this!

Return Window & Eligibility

We want you to love your Coshen experience. We offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a successful return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unwashed, unworn, and unused, complete with all original tags, and safely packed inside its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@coshen.com. Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted by our facility.

Once your return request is approved, please follow these steps:

  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all international return shipping costs

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To maintain strict hygiene standards for all families, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items or special custom orders.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return package at our facility. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
